摘要

为开展常态化主体功能区监测,动态地掌握主体功能区的运行态势,优化国土空间开发格局,本研究依托地理国情普查数据和社会经济统计数据,结合江苏省情,针对江苏省重点开发区的功能定位,构建了包括4个指标组和14个指标项的监测评价体系框架,并以这套评价体系为基础获取了重点开发区2015年的本底数据,为监测主体功能区规划落实前后的差异提供了数据支撑。
        In order to develop normalization monitoring of "National Major Function Oriented Zone(NMFOZ) ",grasp the dynamic situation of NMFOZ,optimize land space development pattern,the work relies on the geographic conditions data and socioeconomic statistics,combines with the situation of Jiangsu Province,points at the function orientation of key development zones,to put forward a comprehensive framework including 4 groups and 14 concrete indexes. Based on the framework,obtains the background data for key development zones for 2015. The data provides supports for monitoring the differences between the plan implemented before and after.
