摘要
NOMEX绝缘纸作为一种新型的合成纤维绝缘纸,与传统纤维素绝缘纸相比具有优良的电气性能与理化性能。为了验证频域介电谱(FDS)对NOMEX绝缘纸-矿物油变压器绝缘状态评估的可靠性,对不同受潮状态下普通纤维素纸-油组合绝缘和NOMEX绝缘纸-油组合绝缘的FDS特性进行了测试与分析。结果表明,随着受潮程度的加深,普通纤维素纸-油绝缘和NOMEX绝缘纸-油绝缘FDS特征参数的变化趋势相似;NOMEX纸的亲水性相对于普通纤维素绝缘纸较弱,且频域特性受水分影响更小;在特征频率点下,两种油纸绝缘的复介电常数与其水分含量间均表现出较优的线性关系,水分对两种油纸绝缘介电特性的影响规律类似。
        As a new type of synthetic fiber insulating paper,NOMEX insulation paper has excellent electrical and physicochemical properties compared with the traditional cellulose insulating paper.In order to verify the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy(FDS)of NOMEX-mineral oil paper insulation reliability of transformer insulation condition assessment,different damp state common cellulose paper oil insulation and NOMEX composite insulation paper combination insulation oil-FDS characteristics were tested and analyzed.The research shows that with the deepening of the dampness,the change trend of the characteristic parameters of the ordinary cellulose paper oil insulation and the NOMEX insulating paper-oil insulation FDS is similar;The hydrophilicity of the NOMEX paper is weaker than the ordinary cellulose insulating paper,and the frequency domain characteristics are less affected by the moisture content;In the characteristic frequency,two kinds of complex permittivity and moisture content of oil paper insulation show a linear relationship,and the impact of water on two kinds of insulation dielectric properties is similar.
