摘要
目的研究并探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病与hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP的相关性。方法于2014年1月1日至2015年8月1日,选取50例健康体检者进行研究,将其设置为A组;另选取60例COPD合并肺心病代偿期患者、40例COPD合并肺心病失代偿期患者,将其设置为B1组、B2组。抽取三组受检者的空腹静脉血,对hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平进行测定,对比A组和B组的hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平,并对比B1组和B2组的hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平,计算COPD合并肺心病与hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平的相关性系数。结果与A组相比,B组的hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平均明显增高(P<0.05)。与B1组相比,B2组的hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平均明显增高(P<0.05)。hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平与COPD合并肺心病均密切相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病的发生、发展与hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平密切相关,hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平变化情况可作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病临床诊断和病情评估的重要指标。
        Objective To study the relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary heart disease and hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP. Methods In January 1st 2014 ~ August 1st 2015,50 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as A group; another 60 cases of COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease compensation,40 patients with COPD and pulmonary heart disease in patients with loss of compensation,were set to B1 group,B2 group. Fasting venous blood samples were taken from three groups,and the levels of hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP were determined,compared with hs-CRP group and B group,the levels of A and NT-pro BNP,and compared the NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP levels in group B1 and group B2,calculated the correlation coefficient between COPD and hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP. Results Compared with the A group,the hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP in the B group were significantly higher( P < 0. 05).Compared with the B1 group, the hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP water in the B2 group were significantly higher( P < 0. 05). The levels of hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP were closely related to COPD and pulmonary heart disease( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary heart disease occurrence,development and hs CRP and NT pro BNP levels are closely related,hs CRP and NT pro BNP levels can be used as an important indicator of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary heart disease clinical diagnosis and assessment of disease.
