摘要

当前我国高校党风廉政建设存在的主要问题是思想政治教育实效性不强、监督制约缺乏健全的机制、追责与问责执行不到位。由此,加强高校党风廉政建设必须加强和改进思想政治教育工作;必须破除科层式的监督方式,形成健全的监督制约机制;必须通过明确追责与问责对象、追责与问责内容、追责与问责程序和追责与问责结果,切实发挥问责的警示作用。
        At present,the main problems in the construction of honest administration in colleges and universities in China are the poor effectiveness of ideological and political education,the lack of sound supervision and restriction,and the lack of accountability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education in strengthening the construction of honest administration in colleges and universities.It is needed to break the supervision mode of the bureaucratic level and form a sound supervision and restriction mechanism.It is necessary to give full play to the warning role of accountability through the clear pursuit and accountability object,the content of accountability,the procedure of accountability and the results of accountability.
