摘要
NUDIX水解酶家族能够清除和调节细胞内产生的有害代谢产物,在机体保护、调节和信号传递等过程中发挥重要的生物学功能,大豆疫霉中的无毒蛋白Avr3b就具有NUDIX水解酶活性。为了探究稻瘟病菌中NUDIX水解酶家族的生物学功能,我们借助生物信息学手段对稻瘟病菌中鉴定出的18个NUDIX蛋白的结构、理化性质、系统进化关系进行了分析,结合RNA-seq和RT-PCR数据,我们发现其中的两个蛋白NUDIX15-1和NUDIX15-2同大豆疫霉无毒蛋白Avr3b高度同源,极有可能在稻瘟病菌的侵染过程中发挥功能。
NUDIX hydrolase family can eliminate and regulate the harmful metabolites produced by organisms and plays an important role in cell protection, regulation and signal transduction. Avirulence protein Avr3 b from oomycete Phytophthora sojae acts as a NUDIX hydrolase as well. To determine the biology function of NUDIX hydrolase family in Magnaporthe oryzae, we identified 18 NUDIX proteins in M. oryzae and analyzed their structures, physical and chemical properties and phylogenetic relationship by bioinformatics methods. Combined with the data from RNA-seq and RT-PCR, we found two of the members NUDIX15-1 and NUDIX15-2 revealed high similarities with Avr3 b in P. sojae, which indicated these two members could play a crucial function in the early infectious stages of M. oryzae.
