摘要
通过生物信息学分析,初步掌握了稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)中蛋白激酶CK2三亚基的结构特点,生物进化树分析表明CK2的蛋白序列在进化上的高度保守性;利用酵母同源比对的方法预测分析了稻瘟病菌中潜在的互作底物,揭示了CK2可能参与的生理生化过程,并且重点预测分析了CK2与小G蛋白Rho3之间的互作关系,为进一步揭示稻瘟病菌蛋白激酶CK2的功能及其参与调控的信号通路提供了理论基础。
Protein kinase CK2,a conservative serine/threonine kinase,is typically found in tetrameric complexes consisting of two catalytic subunits and two regulatory subunits.The structural features of CK2 in Magnaporthe oryzae were analyzed with bio-informatics.The cladograms analysis revealed that the protein sequences of CK2 is very conservative in the evolution process.Yeast homologous comparison implied that CK2 potential substrates were forecasted in M.oryzae,meaning CK2 participated in some the physiological and biochemical processes.The interaction between CK2 and Rho3 was emphasized.The study is a good way to further study the function and signal transduction pathway of protein kinase CK2 in M.oryzae.
