端头锁定对锚杆受力影响的理论及数值分析

摘要
全长黏结锚杆端头是否采用螺丝垫板固定或者与钢拱架焊接将导致锚杆的受力特征发生显著差异,研究这种差异对于理论认识及工程应用这类最常规的支护措施具有重要的理论意义及实用价值.采用理论分析及数值模拟的手段,对是否采用端头锁定的两种类型全长黏结锚杆轴力/杆体表面剪切力的分布形式进行了系统研究.主要研究工作如下:①根据两种类型全长黏结锚杆与围岩不同的作用方式,分析得到杆体轴力/表面剪切力分布的边界值;②通过理论分析,建立了能够反映两种类型全长黏结锚杆的杆体轴力/表面剪切力同围岩变形关系的统一微分方程;③以有限差分软件FLAC3D中内置的pile/cable结构单元作为基础,结合link,通过fish语言建立了考虑端头锁定的全长黏结锚杆模型构建方法;④分别采用理论方程和数值模拟对同一算例的两种类型全长黏结锚杆轴力/表面剪切力进行求解,对比论证了模型构建方法的合理性,研究了两种类型锚杆受力的差异性.
        We find whether the end of full grouting bolt is fixed by screw pad or welded with steel arch frame leads to the significant differences in the mechanical characteristics of the anchor bolts. We research this difference has the important theoretical significance and practical value for the theoretical understanding and application of this most conventional supporting measures in engineering. By means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the distribution of axial force and shear force on the surface of two types through full-grouting bolts with or without end locking are systematically studied. The main research work is as follows:①According to the different action modes of two types through full-grouting bolts and surrounding rock,the boundary value of the distribution of the axial force and surface shear force of the bolt is obtained.②Through the theoretical analysis,a unified differential equation is established which can reflect the relationship between the axial force and surface shear force of the bolt and the deformation of surrounding rock under two types through full-length bonded bolts. ③Based on the pile and cable structure unit built in the finite difference software of FLAC3 D and link,a method of constructing the full-grouting bolt model and considering the end locking is established by using the fish language. ④The theoretical equation and numerical simulation are used to solve the axial force and surface shear force of the two types through the full-grouting bolts in the same example respectively. The rationality of the model construction method is demonstrated by comparison,and the difference between the two types of bolts is studied.
