摘要
原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)是外在环境影响下内部调控基因的多态性扮演着重要角色。RASS是调节血压的最关键体液因素,调控机制涉及3个基因(AGT基因、ACE基因和ATR基因)的表达产物,基因编码蛋白产物通过调控信号途径保持血压正常生理水平。针对3个相关基因的一系列研究有助于从其遗传本质入手对其治疗、预后、预防和抗高血压药物个体化用药等方面找到依据。
        Essential hypertension(EH) is in environmental factors(external), internal gene polymorphism plays an important role. RASS(Renin Angiotensin Aldosterone System)is one of the most important humoral factors in the regulation of blood pressure, 3 genes regulating the process involved are angiotensinogen gene AGT, angiotensin converting enzyme ACE gene and angiotensin II receptor ATR gene. The above genes coding protein products play a direct role in the contraction of arterial hypertension/essential hypertension. A series of studies on 3 related genes will be helpful to find the basis for the treatment, prognosis, prevention and individual administration of antihypertensive drugs.
