80例新生儿白内障术后屈光分析

摘要
目的探讨新生儿白内障术后屈光状态。方法随机抽选2014年1月—2016年2月昆明医科大学附属儿童医院眼科收治入院的80例白内障新生儿,均为单眼先天性白内障,确诊后行超声乳化白内障吸除联合前段玻璃体切除术,采用全自动电脑验光机及A/B型超声测量仪测量角膜曲率及眼轴,根据SRK II公式计算人工晶状体屈光度,对比术前不同测量技术对术后屈光度的影响。结果该组80例新生儿白内障手术前采取的测量技术不同,术后屈光度分别为[(0.687±0.62)D vs(1.342±0.25)D],组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=13.878,P<0.05)。结论 A型超声测量仪可有效降低白内障术后屈光不正的发生率,从而保证手术效果。
        Objective To study the refraction of newborns after the cataract surgery. Methods 80 cases of cataract newborns admitted and treated in the department of ophthalmology in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were random selected and all patients were with monocular congenital cataract, and the patients were treated with phacoemulsification combined with anterior vitrectomy after confirmation, and the corneal curvature and axis oculi were measured by the full automatic computer optometry machine and A/B type ultrasonic measuring instrument, and the intraocular lens diopter was calculated by the SRK II, and the effect of different measures before operation on the diopter after operation was compared.Results In the group, difference in the diopter after operation between different measurement technologies had statistical significance, [(0.687±0.62)D vs(1.342±0.25)D], and the difference between groups had statistical significance(t=13.878,P<0.05). Conclusion The type A ultrasound measurement instrument can effectively reduce the incidence rate of refractive error after cataract surgery thus ensuring the operating effect.
