摘要
为了降低成本,提高生产效率和电源可靠性,针对现有的电镀高频开关电源市场的模拟操作器,设计了一种带RS-485通信的数字电源操作器。并参考变频器的操作器添加编码开关,可快速现实电源输出电压或电流的调节。详细给出硬件电路和软件设计说明,可作为同类型产品设计提供参考。
In order to reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency and reliability of power supply,this paper designs a digital power manipulator with RS-485 communication,which is based on the existing analog manipulator of the high frequency switching power supply market. And refer to the manipulator of the frequency converter to add the code switch,which can quickly adjust the output voltage or current. The hardware circuit and software design are given in detail, which can be used as reference for the same type of product design.
