卢芳运用散结法治疗结节红斑

摘要
结节红斑是一种病因复杂,累及皮下血管和脂膜组织的疾病,属中医"瓜藤缠"范畴。卢老将中医理论和临床实践相结合,遵循三因致病学说,认为结节红斑的内因为七情所伤,外因为六淫邪气侵袭机体,不内外因为饮食等因素。三因者为始动病因,其病机在结,其病之基础在气、水、血,病机关键为气血水三者互结而发病,立足于病机,坚持《黄帝内经》"结者散之"的总治则,以散结法为纲,细化分类为软坚散结、化痰散结、通络散结、利水散结、解毒散结、行气散结、活血化瘀散结,综合应用辨证施治,发挥散结之功效,选方用药兼顾药性寒热阴阳,注重引经药的应用,构思新而辨证准,别具一格,疗效可观。
Erythema nodosa is a complex disease that involves subcutaneous blood vessels and lipid tissue, belonging to the Chinese medicine vine tangling. Combining TCM theory with clinical practice, Lu Fang believes that the erythema is damaged by excess of seven emotions inside, six climatic exopathogens outside and dietary factor. The key pathogenesis is the interaction of qi, blood and water.He insists on the principle of treating pathogenic accumulation. Resolving massescan be classified into softening hardness, reducing phlegm, dredging channel, inducing diuresis, removing toxicity, activatingqi, and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. He insists on syndrome differentiation for treatment and pays attention to the application of guiding drug. The conception is unique and the treatment obtains a great effect.
