平均住院日影响因素国内外研究现状及研究趋势分析

摘要
缩短平均住院日对医院发展具有举足轻重的作用。笔者对平均住院日影响因素国内外研究现状进行分析后发现,目前大多数国内外学者基于医学角度,研究某一病种、某一医院或某类医院平均住院日的影响因素。较少学者从宏观角度对各省乃至全国的平均住院日影响因素进行深入研究,并为提高医院整体医疗服务质量提出政策建议。
Shortening the average length of stay is vital to the development of the hospital. And the paper studies the influencing factors of some diseases kind, some hospital and the average length of stay in some hospital based on the medical angle by the majority of scholars at home. And fewer scholars conduct the deep study on the influencing factors of average length of stay in various provinces and in the whole country from the macro perspective, thus providing policy and suggestions for improving the holistic medical service quality.
