摘要
本文针对某型中速船用柴油机气缸套在磨合过程中容易发生大面积拉伤的拉缸现象进行技术分析,通过试验和拆检的方式确定造成拉缸的原因。对气缸套作针对性的技术改进,解决拉缸问题,提高该型柴油机可靠性和使用寿命。
        In this paper, the technical analysis is made on the phenomenon of large-area abnormal abrasion in a certain type of medium-speed marine diesel engine cylinder liner in the process of grinding. The causes of abnormal abrasion are determined by test and inspection. The technical improvement of cylinder liner solves the problem of the abnormal abrasion and improves the reliability and service life of the diesel engine.
