摘要
文中采用结构分析软件ANSYS,选取门座式起重机关键部件臂架系统作为研究对象进行了应力云图分析,找出臂架系统中等效应力较大和容易萌生疲劳裂纹的关键部位,为门座式起重机的检验检测、安全使用、运营管理以及日常维修养护等提供科学决策依据。
This paper selected the key component of portal crane boom system as the research object, using the structural analysis software ANSYS, carried out the stress analysis, in order to find out the key parts of the high equivalent stress and the easy initiation of fatigue crack in the arm frame system and provided the scientific decision-making basis for the inspection, safety, operation and maintenance of gantry cranes.
