摘要
本文采用热解吸/毛细管气相色谱法对七种类型的电热厨房电器总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)的释放进行了定量分析,分别检测了七种电热厨房电器在带包装箱、第1个工作周期后、第10个工作周期后TVOC的浓度。结果表明,七种电热厨房电器在第1个工作周期后,释放的TVOC浓度最高,且空气炸锅和电烤箱超出了标准限值。随着工作周期的增加,电热厨房电器TVOC的释放量迅速减少。
In this paper, thermal desorption/capillary gas chromatography was utilized to analyze the emission of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) of electric kitchen appliances. The TVOC concentration of seven kinds of electric kitchen appliances with package、after the first and tenth working cycle was detected. The results showed that the TVOC concentration of the electric kitchen appliances was the highest after the first working cycle, and the air fryer and electric oven exceeded the standard limitation. With the increase of working cycle, TVOC emission of electric kitchen appliances decreased rapidly.
