唑来膦酸与伊班膦酸钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效对比分析

摘要
目的对比分析在恶性肿瘤骨转移患者施用伊班膦酸钠与唑来膦酸的疗效和安全性。方法方便选取内蒙古某医院2016年9月—2018年1月确诊的70例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,按随机抽签法平均分为实验组,施用伊班膦酸钠;对照组,施用唑来膦酸。观察止痛效果和骨相关事件发生情况。结果实验组(21.6±3.1)h与对照组(51.3±6.9)h相比,伊班磷酸钠起效更快(t=48.5,P<0.05),骨相关事件发生率更低(χ2=4.43,P<0.05),镇痛有效率更高(χ2=4.48,P<0.05),伊班膦酸钠的药物不良反应更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊班磷酸钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗更安全、舒心,疗效更好。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ibandronate and zoledronic acid in patients with malignant bone metastases. Methods Convenient select a total of 70 patients with malignant bone metastases diagnosed from September2016 to January 2018 in a hospital in Inner Mongolia were randomly divided into experimental group and ibandronate sodium group. The control group was given zoledronic acid. Observed pain relief and bone related events. Results In the experimental group(21.6± 3.1)h, compared with the control group(51.3±6.9)h, the effect of sodium iban phosphate was faster(t=48.5,P<0.05), and the incidence of bone-related events was lower(χ2=4.43, P<0.05), the analgesia was more effective(χ2=4.48, P<0.05), and the adverse drug reaction of ibandronate was lower, with the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Iban sodium phosphate is more safe and comfortable for the treatment of bone metastases of malignant tumors.
