摘要
烹饪理论课程理论性强,操作和实践内容少,教学过程易枯燥乏味。笔者在教学实践中,将信息化技术引入课堂教学中,切实体会到信息化建设对学生学习、教师教学中的有利作用。
The course of cooking theory is of strong theory, less content of operation and practice, and the teaching process is easy to be boring. In teaching practice, the author introduced the information technology into classroom teaching,and realized the beneficial effect of information construction on students' learning and teachers' teaching.
