国产耐磨钢领钢丝圈的研发与应用

摘要
探讨国产高速耐磨钢领钢丝圈的研发技术和应用实例。介绍了钢领与钢丝圈对于纺纱质量、纺纱效率、用工人数的影响,对比了高速耐磨钢领钢丝圈与普通钢领钢丝圈的性能。指出高速耐磨钢领钢丝圈的研发需要从材料、加工设备、加工技术和表面处理技术等方面进行升级。通过试验得出,RFc钢丝圈、TC钢领和GHJ钢领耐磨性能较优。认为:国产高速耐磨钢领钢丝圈几乎没有磨合期,成纱质量比较稳定,具有明显的配套优势、高性价比优势。
The development technology and application example of domestic high-speed abrasion-resistant ring &ring traveler were discussed.The influences of ring and ring &ring traveler on yarn quality,spinning efficiency and labor usage were introduced.The properties of high-speed abrasion-resistant ring &ring traveler and normal ring &ring traveler were compared.It was pointed out that the development of high-speed abrasion-resistant ring &ring traveler should be updated from the aspects of material,manufacture equipment,manufacturing technology,surface treatment technology and so on.Through experiments,it was known that RFc ring traveler,TC ring and GHJ ring had better abrasion resistance property.It is considered that there is barely no run-in period for domestic high-speed ring &ring traveler.The spun yarn quality is stable.They have obvious matching advantage and higher cost advantage.
