在传统的浮码头散货工艺系统基础上,结合水文、地质条件,提出了浮式钢引桥皮带机方案,即采用浮趸替代升降架,将钢引桥直接固定在浮趸上,利用水的浮力自动升降浮趸及钢引桥,将趸船、多个浮趸、多跨钢引桥及钢引桥上皮带机串联成一整套的浮式结构。
Based on bulk cargo process system of conventional pontoon, a design proposal of belt conveyor with floating steel approach bridge has been put forward by referring to local oceanographic and geological conditions. As a creative option, pontoon is used to replace crane, and steel approach bridge is fixed directly on the pontoon. The pontoon and steel approach bridge rise and fall through water buoyancy, and a whole floating structure is formed, which connects pontoons, multi-span steel approach bridge and belt conveyor in series.
