摘要
T2紫铜与304不锈钢焊接以往均采用气焊方法,由于产品是在高温下使用,焊接接头经循环加热会出现松动现象,造成渗漏及接头强度降低,部分接头不能达到使用要求。采用氩弧焊焊接T2紫铜与不锈钢焊缝,经反复试验发现,工艺性能良好、操作简单、焊接质量稳定,大大降低了制造成本,缩短了生产周期,提高了接头的强度。
        Gas welding was usually used for welding of T2 copper and 304 stainless steel before. Because the product is used in high temperature, the welded joint is easy to loose when heating,the leakage is caused and joint strength reduces,some joints can not meet the requirements. After repeated tests,it is found that the argon arc welding is better than gas welding for welds of T2 copper and stainless steel. Argon arc welding is easy to operate and its welding quality is stable. It also can reduce manufacturing cost greatly,shorten production period and enhance the strength of joints.
