摘要
为了探究钢渣在沥青路面半刚性基层应用的可行性,通过7 d无侧限抗压强度试验,劈裂抗拉试验,抗压回弹模量试验对3种钢渣掺配比例的水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料的路用性能进行探究。结果表明:随着钢渣比例升高,7 d无侧限抗压强度与抗压回弹模量随之降低,劈裂抗拉强度受钢渣含量影响较小。在现场工程中7 d无侧限抗压强度与抗压回弹模量均高于室内试验数值,证明了钢渣在半刚性基层应用的可行性。
In order to explore the feasibility of steel slag application in semi-rigid base of asphalt pavement,through 7 d unconfined compressive strength test,splitting tensile test,compressive rebound modulus test,three kinds of steel slag blending proportion of cement stabilized steel slag The road performance of the gravel mix was explored. The results show that with the increase of steel slag ratio,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength and compressive rebound modulus decrease,and the splitting tensile strength is less affected by steel slag content. In the field engineering,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength and compressive rebound modulus are higher than the indoor test values,which proves the feasibility of steel slag application in semi-rigid base.
