摘要
在某海绵城市截流主干管工程建设中,需要采用内径4m曲线长距离钢筋混凝土顶管,其运行工况具有覆土深、需承受较大内外压力的特点,并且顶管的口径已超过国家标准所适用的范围。本文介绍了内径4m钢筋混凝土顶管管节的设计与计算,采用比较符合实际情况的内力计算方法,通过原型管材结构受力和密封性能的试验验证,对直径超国家标准的管材设计方法和相关参数进行了研究,为相关工程的设计提供依据,并为国家标准的修订积累经验。
In the construction of an intercepting main pipeline engineering of sponge city, it is necessary to adopt the DN4000 reinforced concrete pipe during long distance pipe jacking construction. Its operating conditions have some characteristics which including deep overburden and large internal and external pressure, and the diameter of the pipe wore exceeded the applicable scope of the national standard. In this paper, the design and calculation of the DN4000 reinforced concrete jacking pipe were introduced combining with engineering example. The calculation method of structure force which is in accordance with the actual situation was adopted.Through the test of the stress and sealing performance of the prototype pipe, the design method and the related parameters of the pipe whose diameter exceeds the applicable scope of the national standard were studied. The research results should provide the basis for the related project design and accumulate the experience for the national standard revision.
