摘要
对药筒力学性能进行了简单的分析,介绍了钢质药筒的成形工艺。结合钢材的超强韧热处理原理,阐述了钢的2种超细化方法。根据钢质药筒的冲压成型过程,重点探讨了如何改进钢质药筒热处理工艺,提高体部、底部力学性能的新途径。
Mechanical properties of the Cartridge were simply analyzed,and forming technique of steel cartridge was introduced.Combined with the super strong heat treatment principle of steel,two super thin methods of steel were introduced.According to the stamping and forming process of steel cartridge,how to improve the heat treatment technology,and the new way to improve mechanical properties of the body and bottom of cartridge were discussed.
