摘要
以ZrO_2为活性剂(质量分数分别为0,0.25%,0.50%,1.00%)对309不锈钢进行钨极氩弧焊,研究了ZrO_2对焊接电弧特性、熔深以及焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:添加ZrO_2焊接时电弧产生脉冲特性,电弧电压随ZrO_2质量分数的增加先减小后增大,焊后熔深均比未添加ZrO_2焊接时的大2倍以上;添加质量分数0.50%ZrO_2焊接后焊缝组织由奥氏体和少量%铁素体组成,部分区域奥氏体晶粒呈等轴状;少量ZrO_2的添加降低了焊缝区的硬度和弯曲屈服强度;随ZrO_2质量分数的增加,焊缝区的硬度降低,弯曲屈服强度先减小后增大,热导率减小,比热容增大。
        309 stainless steel was tungsten inert gas welded with ZrO_2 active flux(with mass fractions of 0,0.25%,0.50%,1.00%,respectively)and the effects of ZrO_2 on the welding arc characteristc,fusion depth,and on the microstructure and property of weld were studied.The results show that when welding with ZrO_2,the arc illustrated pulse characteristics.The arc voltage decreased first and then increased with increasing mass fraction of ZrO_2.The fusion depth after welding with ZrO_2 was more than 2 times larger than that after welding without ZrO_2.The weld obtained by welding with 0.50 wt%ZrO_2 possessed a microstructure of austenite and fewδferrite,and the austenite grains in some regions were equiaxed.The addition of a small amount of ZrO_2 decreased hardness and yield strength in bending of the weld zone.With increasing mass fraction of ZrO_2,the hardness of the weld zone decreased,the yield strength in bending decreased first and then increased,the thermal conductivity decreased and the specific heat capacity increased.
