输尿管镜钬激光碎石术联合中药治疗上段输尿管结石疗效评价

摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后联合中药治疗上段输尿管结石的疗效。方法将单侧上段输尿管结石192例患者按治疗组与对照组1∶1匹配,各96例。两组均行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,治疗组术后给予中药排石治疗。比较两组的平均手术时间、平均住院时间、结石清除率、并发症。结果两组手术时间和住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),术后清石率及并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石联合中药治疗上段输尿管结石的疗效显著好于未使用中药者。
Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods We divided 192 patients with upper ureteral calculus into control or treatment group,96 in each group.The two groups both underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy but the treatment group was treated with the TCM after operation.The mean operating time,average hospitalization time,stone-free rate and complication were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in average operating time and hospitalization stay( P >0. 05).However,the differences in stone-free rate and complication rate between the two groups were significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The treatment effect of upper ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with TCM is superior to simple ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.
