摘要
针对并行开采露天矿留沟内排"得利在后"、"失利在前"的特点,提出了搭桥方式连同端帮与内排土场开拓运输通道,以降低部分剥离物内排运距。根据端帮排土桥几何形状,设计桥的主要参数,提出桥移设步距准则,建立移设步距经济效益方程。并结合哈尔乌素和黑岱沟露天矿实例,计算得出留沟端帮内排土桥最优移设步距为260.7m。
According to the characteristics of "gaining profit in post" and "losing profit in front" of the parallel mining pit ditch-dumping,bridging is put forward to connect the transport channels between the end slope and inner dumping to reduce the stripping in row distance. The main parameters of the bridge are designed according to the end wall conveyor bridge shape,moving distance of the bridge is proposed. The economic benefit equation of moving distance is set up. Based on the example in Haerwusu and Heidaigou Open-Pit Mine, the end slope internal dumping ditch bridge optimal advancing distance is calculated,which is 260. 7 m.
