摘要
基于巴基斯坦塔尔一区块露天煤矿采用7m3液压反铲—60t自卸卡车的间断工艺及台阶高度为15m的技术要求,分析了反铲及卡车的线性参数和作业特点,总结了反铲作业多种方式的优缺点和台阶全高开采的作业循环过程,按照反铲采装的技术要点要求,借助CAD绘图软件采用图解法,通过对卡车图块的做辅助线、对齐、移动、标注的制图方法和步骤,使卡车图块与反铲挖掘卸载包络曲线图块组合成比例为1∶1000图形并标注出欲求的数值,求得了台阶全高开采工作面的各参数。求得的主要参数为:当反铲最大挖掘半径14. 158m、最大卸载半径13. 235m,卡车高3. 50m、车厢长6. 011m时,下分台阶最大高度为4. 742m;当台阶高度为15m时,上分台阶高度为10. 258m,采掘带最大宽度为19. 233m。各个参数能够满足生产要求,设备选型合理。
        Based on Pakistan Thar Block I Open-pit Coal Field which used the required technique of 7 m3 hydraulic backhoe,60 t dump trucks discontinuous process and 15 m step height. We analyzed the linear parameters and operating features of hydraulic backhoe and trucks, concluded different operation methods of advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic backhoe and the operation cycle of full-dimension mining of steps. According to the requirement of technical points of backhoe mining and with the help of CAD drawing software graphic method,through the drawing methods and procedures of auxiliary lines,alignment,movement and marking of truck drawing blocks,we made the truck blocks and backhoe excavated envelop curve blocks in a ratio of 1 ∶ 1000,marked the desired value and obtained the parameters of the working face of full-dimension mining of steps. The main parameters are: when the maximum digging radius of backhoe is14. 158 m,the maximum unloading radius is 13. 235 m,the height of truck is 3. 50 m, and the length of carriage is6. 011 m,the maximum height of bottom step is 4. 742 m; when the height of the step is 15 m,the height of the upper substep is 10. 258 m,and the maximum width of the mining belt is 19. 233 m. Each parameter can meet the production requirements and equipment selection is reasonable.
