摘要
目的分析石家庄0~6岁儿童全血中铁、锌、钙、镁微量元素水平。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月于石家庄市妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊体检的0~6岁儿童2 318人,通过静脉采血进行铁、锌、钙、镁微量元素检测,分析不同年龄段微量元素含量。结果不同年龄段均有不同程度的微量元素缺乏,钙离子缺乏率占30.41%,其中4~5岁儿童组钙离子缺乏率最高,组间均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。铁离子缺乏率9.75%,其中3~4岁儿童组铁离子缺乏率最高,组间均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镁离子缺乏率5.69%,其中3~4岁儿童组镁离子缺乏率最高,组间均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锌元素缺乏率3.67%,其中3~4岁儿童组锌元素缺乏率最高,组间均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各年龄段儿童全血中微量元素均有缺乏,通过开展儿童保健工作及儿童微量元素检测可较全面有效了解0~6岁儿童的微量元素缺乏情况,并有针对性给予指导补充改善,有利于儿童生长发育。
        Objective To analyze the trace element contents, including iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium, in the whole blood of children aged 0~6 years in Shijiazhuang.Methods A total of 2318 children aged 0~6 years who underwent physical examination in the Child Health Clinic of Shijiazhuang Hospital for Maternal and Child Health from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected for the determination of trace elements, including iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium by collecting venous blood sample. Trace element contents in different age groups was analyzed.Results There were different levels of trace element deficiency in different age groups, and the calcium ion deficiency rate accounted for 30.41%. Among them, the calcium ion deficiency rate was the highest in children aged 4~5 years, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The iron ion deficiency rate was 9.75%, and the deficiency rate was the highest among the children aged 3 to 4 years. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The magnesium ion deficiency rate was 5.69%, and the deficiency rate was the highest in the children aged 3~4 years. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The zinc deficiency rate was 3.67%, and the deficiency rate was the highest among the children aged 3 to 4 years. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trace elements are found to be deficient in whole blood of children of all ages. By implementation of child health work and determination of trace elements in children, we can comprehensively and effectively understand deficiency of trace elements in children aged 0~6 years, and provide targeted guidance for improvement. This exhibits beneficial effects on growth and development of children.
