离退休职工是党和国家的宝贵财富,是单位人才资源宝库,也是社会和谐发展的重要支撑力量。离退休管理工作政策性强、涉及面广,管理工作的优劣可能直接影响大局,影响社会和单位的发展和稳定。
Retired workers are the precious wealth of the Party and the country, the treasure house of talent resources of the unit, and theimportant support force for the harmonious development of society. Retirement management is policy-oriented and involves a wide range ofaspects. The quality of management may directly affect the overall situation and the development and stability of society and units.
