摘要
为探索脉冲光对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型建立的实验条件,将24只大鼠随机分成四组,每组6只,选取大鼠脊柱两侧皮肤作为烫伤部位。第1组为正常对照组,第2、3、4组烫伤条件分别为强脉冲光照射7次、8次和9次,每次能量为20 J/cm~2。建立模型后并进行组织形态学检查。结果表明:第2组大鼠为Ⅰ度烫伤,第3组大鼠为深Ⅱ度烫伤,第4组为Ⅲ度烧伤。大鼠模型制作过程中,烫伤的程度同时受照射次数、能量的影响。实验中所建立的大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型制备方法可以通过控制光照强度和次数,利用强脉冲光建立模型操作简单,制造的损伤程度、损伤面积均匀,重复性好。
        To explore the experimental conditions of intense pulsed light on deep second degree scald in rats,twenty-four rats were randomly divided into four groups with 6 rats in each group. The skin on both sides of the spine was selected as the scald site. The first group was normal control group,the second,third and fourth group scald conditions were intense pulsed light irradiation 7 times,8 times and 9 times,each energy 20 J/cm~2,the model was established and histomorphological examination. The results show that the rats in group 2 were scalded for degree Ⅰ,the rats in group 3 were deep Ⅱ degree scalds,and the rats in group 4 were Ⅲ degree burns. In the process of rat model making,the degree of scald is affected by the number of irradiation and the energy at the same time. The deep Ⅱ degree scald rat model established can control the light intensity and the number of times,the use of pulsed light to establish the model is simple,the degree of damage made,the damage area is uniform,good repeatability.
