摘要
目的探讨颅脑CTA中斑点征与脑出血血肿增大的关系。方法选择2016年2月至2017年2月在本院收治的120例脑出血血肿增大患者,根据患者是否出现斑点征,分为阳性组(n=60)和阴性组(n=60)。在发病6 h内,患者均接受颅脑CTA与CT检查,并于常规发病24 h后复查CT。根据CTA是否出现斑点征,比较两组患者的阳性与阴性,同时记录血肿增大的情况,并分析颅脑CTA中斑点征及血肿增大和血肿未增大情况。结果斑点征阳性组的血肿增大(70.00%)明显高于斑点征阴性组(48.34%),血肿未增大(30.00%)明显低于斑点征阴性组(51.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时血压、入院时GCS评分颅脑CTA中斑点征比较差异均无统计学意义。结论颅脑CTA中斑点征与脑出血血肿增大密切相关,值得临床上推广及关注。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between the spot sign in brain CTA and hematoma enlargement in intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 patients with enlarged intracerebral hemorrhage and hematoma admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the positive group(n=60) and the negative group(n=60) according to whether the patients had spotted signs. In the onset of 6 h, all patients underwent CTA and CT examinations, and CT was reviewed after the onset of 24 h. According to the sign of CTA, the positive and negative of the two groups were compared, and the enlargement of hematoma was recorded, and the spot sign, hematoma and hematoma did not increase in the brain CTA. Results The enlargement of hematoma in the spot sign positive group(70.00%) was significantly higher than that in the speckle negative group(48.34%), and the hematoma was not increased(30.00%), which was significantly lower than that in the speckle negative group(51.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure, admission GCS score and CTA spots in the two groups. Conclusion The spot sign in brain CTA is closely related to the enlargement of hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage. It is worthy of clinical promotion and attention.
