摘要
为满足汽车轻量化车轮用钢需求的快速增长,包钢在2 250 mm热轧生产线开发了双相钢和低合金高强钢两个车轮钢系列产品。两个品种系列采用不同的化学成分和生产工艺,具有不同的显微组织及力学性能,能够满足不同用户加工能力的需求。包钢开发的高强车轮用钢均已通过疲劳测试和路试等可靠性测试,完成市场化推广,用户使用情况良好。
        In order to meet the rapid growth of demanding light weight automobile wheel steel,Baotou Steel has developed such two wheel steel series products as the dual-phase steel and low alloy high strength steel with 2 250 mm hot rolling production line. They are with different chemical components,production technologies,micro structures and mechanical properties,which could meet the requirements of customers with different processing capabilities. The wheel steels developed by Baotou Steel have all passed such reliability tests as the fatigue test and road test as well as been promoted into the market and the service conditions of users are good.
