摘要

采用自动定氮仪碱解蒸馏法提取水解性氮,并用电位滴定法进行测定。与现行的林业行业标准相比,该方法操作简捷,精确度高,准确性好,适合批量检测水解性氮。
        Hydrolytic nitrogen in soil was extracted by alkaline hydrolysis of automatic nitrogen analyzer,and potentiometric titration was used for the determination.Compared with the current forestry industry standards,this method was simple and easy to operate.Its accuracy was good and precision was high.It was suitable for detection and analysis of large quantities of samples.
