钱学森科技期刊办刊思想

摘要
钱学森院士对科技期刊事业极其重视,有独特的科技期刊办刊思想:一是期刊发展要与国家战略紧密相连;二是一流期刊必须引领学术潮流,勇于澄清学术混乱,敢于树立编辑学术地位;三是要树立精品意识、重视编辑队伍建设,强化和确保期刊发展。深入学习和研究钱学森科技期刊办刊思想,对于建设世界一流科技期刊方阵具有重要意义。
Academician QIAN Xuesen attaches great importance to the editing of scientific journals and has a unique editorial idea for scientific journals. First,the development of journals should be closely linked with the national strategy; second, first-class journals must lead the academic trend,be able to clarify academic confusion establish editorial academic status; third,it is necessary to establish a sense of quality,attach importance to the construction of editorial teams,and strengthen and ensure the development of journals. Indepth study of QIAN Xuesen's editorial thoughts on scientific journals is of great significance for building a world-class scientific journals.
