摘要
目的观察微创拔牙后即刻种植与延期种植的临床效果。方法选择牙种植体修复患者40例,共40颗患牙,根据随机配对的原则分为即刻种植组和延期种植组,每组20例,随访24个月,比较2组的临床效果。结果即刻种植组6、12、24个月后牙槽骨吸收值分别为(0.68±0.12)mm、(0.32±0.04)mm、(0.28±0.01)mm,延期种植组为(1.28±0.10)mm、(0.30±0.06)mm、(0.25±0.02)mm,即刻种植组6个月骨吸收值明显低于延期种植组(P<0.05);即刻种植组龈乳头指数频数分布与延期种植组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠修复2年后,即刻种植组的种植体成功率为95.0%(19/20),延期种植组的种植体成功率为100.0%(20/20),2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在严格掌握适应症的前提下,微创拔牙后即刻种植能实现与延期种植相似的效果,且具有疗程短、定位准确等优势,值得在临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of immediate implant and delayed implant after minimally invasive extraction. Methods 40 cases with 40 teeth for former dental implants were included in the study,and 40 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,20 cases were received immediate implantation and 20 cases were received delayed implantation. The follow-up time were 24 months. Compared the clinical efficacy between two groups. Results X-ray bone resorption values at 6 months,12 months,24 months were( 0. 68 ± 0. 12) mm,( 0. 32 ± 0. 04) mm,( 0. 28 ± 0. 01) mm points in the immediate implantation group,while the values were( 1. 28 ± 0. 10) mm,( 0. 30 ± 0. 06) mm,( 0. 25 ± 0. 02) mm points in the delayed implantation group. X-ray bone resorption values at6 months in the immediate implant group were significantly lower than the delayed implant group( P < 0. 05). The papilla index were detected,and there were no significant difference in frequency distribution of the scores in two groups( P > 0. 0 5). The successful rate of implants was 95. 5%( 19/20) in the immediate implant,while was 100. 0%( 20/20) in the delayed implant group,there were no statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion By electing indication strictly,it can obtain similar efficacy with immediate implant and delayed implant,and it has short,accurate positioning and other advantages.
