三联一站式CT检查在急性胸痛的临床应用价值

<正>急性胸痛(acute chest pain)是一组疾病共同的临床表现,常见于急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)、主动脉夹层(aortic dissection)和急性肺动脉栓塞(acute pulmonary embolism),这三种病因合称胸痛三联征,快速准确诊断病因,对患者的治疗有非常重要的意义~([1,2])。近年来,320排动态容积CT的出现,为一次性完成三种病因检查提供了新的办法。本文
