全程优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月~2018年1月在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的60例住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予全程优质护理。比较两组患者术后恢复情况以及并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者的进食时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者实施全程优质护理,能够有效的缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低患者术后并发症的发生,值临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole course of high quality nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty hospitalized patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the whole course of high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative recovery and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The eating time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course of high quality nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
