高仿真光敏印章的伪造方法与检验鉴定研究

摘要
目的本研究从高仿真光敏印章的伪造过程出发,分析不同伪造方法对于印文特征的影响,为鉴别高仿真光敏印章提供参考依据。方法使用常见的扫描打印伪造法、拓印设计伪造法仿制光敏印章,将仿制出的印章印文与真实印章印文进行比较,发现伪造印文的特征,进一步探讨特征成因及价值。结果研究获知利用扫描打印伪造法、拓印设计伪造法制作高仿真光敏印章,易出现多种印文特征。结论高仿真光敏印章易伪难鉴,在检验鉴定中应从印章自身特征的发展变化、不同伪造方法造成的特征两方面去分析,结合收集同期样本,以科学评断特征符合点与差异点的价值。
Objective To study the process of manufacture of high simulation photo-sensitive seals, in order to find the characteristics of seals forged by different methods, and provide reference for the identification of photo-sensitive seals.Method Two different methods, scaning and printing forgery and image-modified designing forgery, were used to produce the high simulation photo-sensitive seals. By comapring the fake and authentic seal impressions, the characteristics of seals and impressions were analyzed. Their causes and values were further discussed. Rusults The seal characteristics of each forgery method are different. Conclusion High simulation photo-sensitive seal is easy to forge, but difficult to detect. In forensic practice, examiners should consider both the changes of seals and the characteristics of forgery method, and ask for the known samples of the same period as much as possible, so that the nature of similarities and differences can be judged objectively.
