摘要
综述肥胖相关病耻感的概念、主要测评工具以及国内外研究现状,为临床医护人员和教育者应对肥胖相关病耻感提供参考依据,建议应用信效度良好的测评工具对国内肥胖相关病耻感进行系统研究,并据此开展针对性的干预,以改善肥胖人群的身心健康。
This article reviewed the obesity-related stigma from concept,main assessment tools,and the research status quo at home and aboard,provided a reference for clinical medical personnel and educators to deal with obesity-related stigma.It suggested to apply the assessment tools with good reliability and validity for the systematic research of obesity-related stigma in China,and carry out targeted intervention accordingly,to improve the physical and mental health of obese people.
