<正>脊柱微创术(minimally invasive spine surgery,MISS)是脊柱外科发展进程中的必然,其中经皮椎弓根螺钉技术(percutaneous pedicle screw,PPS),通道辅助下微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术(MISTLIF),以其微小的创伤和术后迅速的康复被推崇~([1-2])。我科自2014年6月至2017年10月,采用PPS和通道辅助下MIS-TLIF完成246例患者,在取
