<正>肱骨大结节骨折是一类较为常见的肩部损伤,在肱骨近端骨折中有13%~33%伴有大结节骨折,其中14%~20%为单纯的大结节骨折,在肩关节脱位患者中10%~30%常伴随肱骨大结节骨折,且一般多见于男性患者~([1-3])。肱骨大结节骨折患者,尤其是移位不明显的骨折,还存在一定的漏诊率,据统计有约64%的移位不明显的肱
