摘要
采用标准方法对市售气垫粉底、儿童防晒霜共34批次化妆品中铊含量进行检测,结果发现铊含量在0~0.62 mg/kg。通过计算理论最大安全用量,依据欧盟消费者安全科学委员会(SCCS)指导文件、美国环保局(EPA)2009年铊及其化合物毒性报告等对化妆品中铊进行安全性评价。结果表明,铊在不同类型化妆品中的平均含量不超过0.031 mg/kg时理论上不会对消费者造成显著的毒理风险。
        The content of thallium in 34 batches of cosmetic products saled in Shenzhen, including the sunscreen for children and the cushion, was determined by standard method, the results of which indicated a range of not detected to 0.62 mg/kg. By calculating the Maximum Theoretical Safety Limit, the risk of cosmetic products was assessed according to the guidance of Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety(SCCS) of European Union and the Toxicological Review of Thallium and Compounds 2009 of United States Environmental Protection Agency(EPA). The results show that, if the mean concentration of thallium in different kinds of cosmetic products does not exceed 0.031 mg/kg, the products will not show significant toxicological risk for consumers.
