摘要
在钻井过程中,对一些复杂井的套管磨损进行预测以及对套管采取防磨措施尤为重要。鉴于此,以2口中深层复杂井为例,对套管的磨损情况进行了预测,通过仪器对套管实际磨损情况进行测量,将预测套管磨损情况和实际套管磨损情况进行了对比,并分析了原因。分析结果表明:利用套管磨损预测模型对复杂结构井实行磨损预测,能够真实直观地预测套管磨损情况;钻井周期、起下钻次数及纯钻时间等施工因素对套管磨损起着决定性作用,缩短施工周期、减少起下钻次数、提高机械钻速及缩短纯钻时间能够有效降低套管磨损量;套管防磨接头对于降低套管磨损具有重要作用。所得结论可为后续的复杂井施工套管磨损预测和防磨提供参考。
        During drilling operation,it is especially important to predict the casing wear in some complex wells and take corresponding anti-wear measures. By taking two complex wells targeting middle-deep formation for case study,the wear condition of the casing is predicted. The actual wear condition of the casing is measured using the instrument. The difference between the actual casing wear and the predicted results are analyzed. The research results show that the casing wear prediction model can be used to predict the wear of complex structure wells,which can realistically and intuitively predict the casing wear situation. Operation factors such as drilling cycle,number of tripping and pure drilling time play a decisive role in casing wear. Shortening the operation time,reducing the number of tripping,increasing the drilling speed and reducing the pure drilling time can effectively reduce the casing wear. The casing anti-wear joint plays an important role in reducing casing wear. The study can provide references for the subsequent casing wear prediction and wear prevention in complex wells.
