摘要
PRD无固相钻井完井液体系是一种依靠改性天然聚合物分子间相互协同作用形成空间网架结构的新型钻井完井液体系,该体系不含粘土相,固相含量低,具有独特的流变性、良好的润滑性和保护油气层效果显著等特点,被广泛应用于钻水平井段储层。江汉油田工程有限公司钻井一公司泥浆站在室内通过大量试验完成了该体系的配方优化及性能评价,并在SH6-P18井四开水平段施工中进行了现场试验。试验得出,该体系不但表现出良好的携带悬浮能力、润滑性及抗温能力,而且储层保护效果良好,实现了完井后无措施投产并获得高产工业油流。
        PRD non-solid drilling/completion fluid system is a new one that uses mutural concurrent effect of modified natural polymer intermolecular to form space truss structure. It is widely applied to horizontal well drilling because it is free from clay content and low in soild content with unique rheological property,good lubricity and effective reservoir protection. Its formulation optimization and performance evaluation are completed through many lab experiments. Its field application in the fourth spud-in of horizontal section of SH6-P18 Well shows that it has good carrying suspending power,lubricity and heat resistance power but also protects reservoir effectively,realizing treatment-free production after well completion and high-yielding industrial oil flow.
