摘要
为了控制环境污染、提高柴油质量,严格执行国V柴油标准,对柴油中硫含量、多环芳烃含量、十六烷值等提出严格要求。清洁燃料生产已引起社会的广泛关注,柴油质量升级达到"零硫"国家标准,是目前我国石油化工行业面临的重大挑战~([1])。本文在对比实验前后柴油产品的硫含量、氮含量以及密度等衡量柴油产品质量的重要指标,论证本加氢装置能否在目前的生产条件下只通过调整某些操作参数实现生产国V标准柴油,同时分析试验对装置能耗、氢耗及产品收率造成的影响。
In order to control environmental pollution and improve diesel fuel quality,the national standard of Guo V diesel was strictly enforced,and strict requirements were put forward for sulfur content,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content,hexane value,etc.Clean fuel production has aroused widespread concern in the society.The upgrading of diesel fuel quality to the national standard of "zero sulfur" is a major challenge facing the petrochemical industry in China~([1]).In this paper,we compare the sulfur content,nitrogen content and density of diesel products before and after the experiment,which are important indexes to measure the quality of diesel products.It is demonstrated whether the hydrogenation unit can realize the GuoV standard diesel oil of producing country only by adjusting some operating parameters under the present production conditions.At the same time,the influence of the test on the energy consumption,hydrogen consumption and product yield of the unit is analyzed.
