摘要
针对目前哈萨克斯坦共和国北特鲁瓦油田水平井钻井提速技术难题,通过开展地层地质特征、邻井钻头钻速、岩石力学特性、钻井参数等分析研究,优选出适合目标区块的个性化PDC钻头、配套钻井参数及钻具组合,并形成了钻头综合提速技术方案。现场应用情况表明,区块二开?311.2 mm直井段应用螺杆+江汉KS1952SGRX型PDC钻头+MWD随钻防斜钻进技术,在保证了井身质量的同时有效提高了机械钻速;三开?215.9 mm水平段应用旋转地质导向+Smith公司stinger齿Z516型PDC钻头,机械钻速和进尺均显著提高,且仅用一只钻头就钻完整个1000m以上的水平段。
        Aiming at the technical difficulties of increasing drilling speed in horizontal wells in North Truva Oilfield of Kazakhstan Republic, through the analysis and study of formation geology,bit rate of adjacent wells,rock mechanics and drilling parameters, the individualized PDC bit, matching drilling parameters and drilling tool combination suitable for target block are optimized, and the drilling tool combination is formed. In the same time first comprehensive speed-up technical scheme is set up. Field application shows that the application of screw+Jianghan KS1952 SGRX PDC bit+MWD anti-deviation drilling while drilling technology in 311.2 mm vertical section ensures the wellbore quality and effectively improves the penetration rate; the application of rotary geological guidance + Smith Z516 PDC bit in 215.9 mm horizontal section in the third section improves the penetration rate and footage significantly. And only one bit can drill a whole horizontal section over 1000 m.
