摘要
以具有对接焊接残余应力的非线性矩形薄板为研究对象,根据非线性振动理论,研究了焊接残余应力对非线性构件固有频率和幅值的极大值的影响;对振动时效效果评定的参数曲线观察法进行了理论说明;得出了非线性矩形薄板的稳态响应振幅的极大值和固有频率随残余应力的变化为非线性变化关系;幅值的极大值随残余应力减少而增加;固有频率随残余应力减少而减小等结论。
This paper based on nonlinear rectangular thin plates with butt welding residual stress as the research objects. According to the theory of nonlinear vibration, It has study the influence of the welding residual stress on the natural frequency and the maximum value of amplitude in nonlinear component and explain that the parameters of VSR in theoretically. In addition, It's obtains that the relationship between maximum amplitude and the natural frequency with steady-state response of nonlinear rectangular plates is nonlinear variation according to the welding residual stress. The conclusion is that maximum amplitude is reducing as the welding residual stress increasing, the natural frequency is reducing with the welding residual stress reducing.
