摘要
以连云港徐圩新区地下综合管廊一期工程为例,介绍了管廊工程冬期施工技术,如外加剂的使用、混凝土的搅拌及运送、防水工程的技术措施,重点阐述了现场施工中管廊顶板及侧墙的蒸汽养护技术,给出了管廊混凝土封闭及覆盖要点,现场蒸汽养护的温度控制及时间控制。为地下综合管廊工程冬期施工提供借鉴。
Taking the first phase of the underground utility tunnel of Xuwei new district in Lianyungang as an example, the winter construction techniques of the utility tunnel project, such as the use of admixtures, the mixing and transportation of concrete, and the technical measures of waterproof engineering, are introduced. The steam curing technology of the top plate and side wall of the middle utility tunnel is elaborated in the field construction. The concrete sealing and covering points of the utility tunnel, the temperature control and time control of the on-site steam curing. The paper can provide reference for the winter construction of the underground utility tunnel project.
