摘要
安徽李楼铁矿采用分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法进行回采,回采使用阿特拉斯1354凿岩台车进行中深孔凿岩,上向扇形中深孔爆破。针对该采矿方法特征,采场回采矿石需要以切井作为自由面,根据设计每个采场至少需要1条切井,每年切井需求量约90条。目前,该矿主要采用普通法施工切割井,年施工能力无法满足采场回采需求。通过对该矿天井布孔参数进行理论计算,明确了各孔间距,并结合相关施工经验对其进行了优化,此外,对分段高度、装药结构和起爆顺序也进行了合理设计。通过实践不断完善了中深孔成井技术,基本形成了由布孔凿岩到装药爆破的全流程施工工艺,可为类似矿山天井爆破施工提供借鉴。
        Sublevel drilling open-stoping backfilling mining method is used in Lilou Iron Mine in Anhui Province,rock drilling is done by using upper fan-shape medium-length hole blasting technique and Altas 1354 rock drilling jumbo. According to the characteristics of the mining method,it is necessary to use cutting well as the free surface during the process of ore stoping. According to the mining design scheme,one cutting well is required for each stope at least,so,the total demand of cutting well of the mine is almost for 90. At present,the cutting well of the mine is constructed by using ordinary method,the construction speed is slow,and the construction capacity can not meet the requirements of stope mining. Theoretical calculation of the hole parameter of well construction is done,the hole spacing is determined,and it is optimized based on some construction experience,besides that,sublevel height,charging structure and blasting sequence are determined. Through practice,the well construction technique based on mediumlength blasting method is optimized,the whole construction process from drilling to charging for blasting is formed,which can provide some technical reference for the well construction of the similar mine.
