摘要
介绍了金正大诺泰尔化学有限公司一期磷石膏制300 kt/a硫酸联产450 kt/a硅钙钾镁肥项目的工艺流程、设计特点及运行情况。装置设计选用原辅料配料设备、石膏两级脱水设备、管磨、石膏分解窑、5级旋风预热器、熟料篦式冷却机、高效短焰多风道燃烧器、特制电除尘器等先进设备;制酸采用一级动力波洗涤器—气体冷却塔—两级电除雾器稀酸洗净化、ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ、"3+1"二转二吸工艺流程。目前该装置已稳定运行2年多时间,各项工艺指标均达到设计值,硫酸和硅钙钾镁肥产量均达到1 500 t/d。
        The process flow,design features and operation of 300 kt/a sulphuric acid production from phosphogypsum cogeneration450 kt/a calcium silicon potassium magnesium fertilizer in Jinzhengda Notel Chemical Co.,Ltd. are introduced. The equipment design selects raw and auxiliary materials proportioning equipment,gypsum two stage dewatering equipment,pipe mill,gypsum decomposition kiln,5 stage cyclone preheater,grate cooler,high efficiency short flame multi channel burner,special electrostatic precipitator and other advanced equipment. The first stage power wave scrubber,gas cooling tower and two stage electrostatic precipitator and dilute acid cleaning process were adopted for sulphuric acid production,ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ,"3+1"two absorption acid process were used. At present,the device has been stable operation for more than two years,the technical indicators have reached the design value,sulphuric acid and calcium silicate,potassium magnesium fertilizer output reached 1 500 t/d.
